The Seller Challenge allows three review requests every 180 days. Each submitted request is handled by a qualified Amazon team, which aims to deliver a decision within 48 hours. If the challenge is successfully completed, the previous decision is overturned and the listing is reactivated. Failed challenges are replenished after six months.
Whether participation in seller performance protection is available can be checked in the Seller Central Seller Performance Dashboard, where a corresponding banner is displayed in the top-right corner.
What do sellers need to keep in mind?
Three chances per 180 days: The Seller Challenge is available exclusively to sellers who participate in seller performance protection. For each 180-day period, a maximum of three review requests are possible. Any failed challenge is replenished after six months, ensuring the quota is continuously renewed.

If you’re not signed in, you won’t have access to the Seller Challenge.
