Amazon has now officially activated the Seller Assistant for Seller Central in Germany. This AI-powered tool answers questions about features, policies, and processes directly within Seller Central, providing personalized responses based on your own account data.

The assistant offers quick access to insights on business performance, inventory planning, offer policy compliance, and seller performance. Sellers can specifically inquire about products with low stock, clarify issues regarding policy compliance, or receive recommendations to improve their performance.

What do sellers need to keep in mind?

  • Access and Getting Started: The Seller Assistant is directly available in Seller Central Germany and can be accessed via sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/center/assistant. No separate activation is required. The assistant is context-sensitive and uses the data from the logged-in account, so responses are tailored to your specific situation.

  • Concrete Use Cases in Daily Business: The assistant is particularly useful for recurring questions that would otherwise require manual searching in help pages, such as which offers currently violate policies, which ASINs are below the reorder level, or how your seller performance compares to Amazon’s targets. This saves time on daily account monitoring.

  • Know the Tool’s Limits: The Seller Assistant does not replace direct communication with Seller Support and does not make decisions.
