Starting on July 24, 2026, sellers will have access to an updated TRF function in Seller Central. From now on, test request forms (TRFs) can be submitted in batches instead of, as before, individually per ASIN and per Store.
This update applies to all sellers active in categories where Amazon requires a third-party review, inspection, and certification (TIC). In addition to batch submissions, the update provides a cross-store compliance view and a centralized dashboard with filtering options by ASIN, TRF ID, order ID, status, store, or provider.
What do sellers need to consider?
Batch submission instead of individual steps: Previously, every TRF had to be submitted separately per ASIN and per store. Starting July 24, 2026, multiple selected products within a policy can be submitted in a single step. This saves a significant amount of time—especially for a broad catalog where TIC is required.
Cross-store visibility in the dashboard: The new centralized dashboard displays the status of all test requests across all stores for a single account. Filters by ASIN, TRF ID, order ID, status, store, or provider enable targeted management without having to switch manually between individual stores.
Only relevant for TIC-required categories: The functions apply exclusively to categories where Amazon requires an external review, inspection, or certification. Sellers should check in Seller Central under Direct Product Validation whether their ASINs are affected and use the batch submission option directly, as no activation is required.
